At Potted Plant, we strive to deliver your plants and pots promptly. Here’s what you need to know:

– Free Delivery in Dubai: We offer next-day delivery in Dubai, ensuring your plants spend minimal time in transit. You’ll receive a notification from our delivery partner via WhatsApp or email, allowing you to track your parcel. Please allow 2-10 days for delivery.

– Other Emirates: We deliver to all other Emirates within 3-15 days. During summer months, we deliver to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain once a week (every Friday or Saturday) to protect plants from heat damage.

Tracking Your Parcel

Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery, offering the option to leave instructions (e.g., “leave in a safe place” or “leave at my door”). Please notify us in advance of any changes to your delivery preferences.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 45 days, using the original payment method.

Returns & Damages

– Damaged Items: If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours, including your order number and a photograph of the damage. We’ll provide a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.

– Returns: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we only accept returns for damaged items or incorrect products. You’ll need to cover return shipping costs. Please email us within 24 hours of receipt, and we’ll process your refund within 10-45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

– Plants are unique and may vary slightly from website images due to natural variation and seasonal growth.

– Please keep proof of delivery receipts for your records.
